Personal or professional bloggers as well as webmasters are burning by the search engines' algorithm changes but here is the question rise that why they are burning by the search engines ? I have a deep digging on this query and have found a simple reply , Just lack of innovation in online presence or blog post or web page writing style or methods.The most grossing puzzled word is Innovation in any establishment either online or offline which is popular with governments sectors but also businesses, education and research communities too. Why innovation needed for bloggers and webmasters



There are several counts of reasons for which is interpreted such as to encapsulate in one way or another the recognition that in a global economy depending factors, with its societies increasingly dependent on knowledge and communication, progressing efficiency, effectiveness and appropriateness of our products, processes and IT systems at all levels and in all areas is key to sustaining competitiveness and meeting the challenges of the future.

Why innovation needed for bloggers and webmasters :-


We have already declared that blogging is a business , so it is also a part of our national economy or global economy.Today we are trying to understand the innovation factors,errors,solutions and development criteria. Innovation is a wave of successfully managing new ideas and innovation within the institution through a structured approach to identifying, screening and implementing new ideas.This generates ideas about new products or services or to improve existing ones. Every activity and product that the organization has done up until this point, whether following the Lean Feedback Circle or not, has been building experience. Blogging is a form of clear and straight developing innovation which always remain real time and updated.

Rogers' model of innovation :-


Social scientist has invented Rogers' model of innovation. The model provides the guidelines for the change agents about what attributes that they can build into the innovation to facilitate its acceptance by the intended adopter. Rogers also identified the sequence of change agent roles, those are given bellow :


a. To develop a need for change.
b. To establish an information-exchange relationship.
c. To diagnose problems.
d. To create an intent in the client to change.
e. To translate an intent to action.
f. To stabilize adoption and prevent discontinuance.
g. To achieve a terminal relationship

Key factors of innovation :-


Actually an innovation is a idea, practice or object that is perceived as new by an individual or other unit of adoption. How the adopter perceived characteristics of the innovation has impacts on the process of adoption.The major question rise on the process of innovation are :

A social system is defined as a set of interrelated units that are engaged in joint problem solving to accomplish a common goal. The members or units of a social system may be individuals, informal groups, organizations, and or subsystems. All members cooperate at least to the extent of seeking to solve a common problem in order to reach a mutual goal: Sharing of a common objective binds the system together. The social structure affects the innovation's diffusion in several ways, Social structure and communication structure: patterned arrangements of the units in a system.System norms: norms are established behavior patterns for the members of a social system,Roles of opinion leaders and change agents, opinion leadership is the degree to which an individual is able to influence other individuals' attitudes or overt behavior informally in a desired way with relative frequency. The degree to which an innovation is perceived as better than the idea it supersedes. The underlying principle is that the greater the perceived relative advantage of an innovation, the more raid its rate of adoption . The degree to which an innovation is perceived as being consistent with the existing values, past experiences, and needs of potential adopters.The degree to which an innovation is perceived as difficult to understand and use.The degree to which an innovation may be experimented with on a limited basis. If an innovation is trial able, it results in less uncertainty for adoption. The degree to which the results of an innovation are visible to others. The easier it is for individuals to see the results of an innovation, the more likely they are to adopt.

Professional bloggers & webmasters points of innovation :-


i. Knowledge is occurred when an individual is exposed to the innovation's existence and gains some understanding of how it functions
ii. Persuasion is occurred when an individual forms a favorable or unfavorable attitude toward the innovation
iii. Decision is occurred when an individual engages in activities that lead to a choice to adopt or reject the innovation
iv. Implementation is occurred when an individual puts an innovation into use
v. Confirmation is occurred when an individual seeks reinforcement of an innovation decision or reverse the previous decision due to the conflict
vi. The competence of enterprises to market new products and/or services, to keep their processes up to date technologically and organizationally.

IT professional and non IT professionals has already entered the blogging profession equally, so with out innovation no body will gain the success such as we know that search engines (specially Google ) have already changes various factors of SERP .So to get in SERP  , we must follow the innovation system and generate genuine , real time and informative contents.
